1. 1. Ndukwe Osogho – Ajala has received numerous recognitions amongst which are Distinguished Alumnus (FUTO) Award for Outstanding Performance in Industry. Also, a Certificate of Merit in recognition of his contributions in Industry in the area of manufacturing.

3. 3. The chieftaincy Title of Omekaozuoha of ITEM KINGDOM. Awarded knight of John Wesley (kJW) by Methodist Church Nigeria


4. 4. On the 20th December 2005, the Federal Republic of Nigeria approved and conferred the award of Officer of the Order of The Niger, (oon) on him for his contribution to the nation and humanity by His Excellency, President Olusegun Obasanjo (GCFR).


5. 5. Ndukwe is married to Ijeoma (A Civil Engineer) and they are blessed with four children – Kelechi, Ezinne, Onyinyechi and Chinesom

In the area of philanthropy, human and community development, Mr. Ndukwe Osogho – Ajala has been in the vanguard for the advancement of his environment both humanly and materially. He single handedly built, equipped and donated THE CHIJIOKE OSOGHO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, APUANU Item to the Methodist Church Nigeria. In addition to several employment opportunities made possible by Ndukwe Osogho – Ajala, he has quietly created an Educational Scheme catering for persons in all strata of education

Ajala had very humble antecedents. His formative years suffered acute challenges on account of the aftermath of the Nigerian civil war.

Ndukwe Osogho – Ajala today has to his credit a modest milestone in entrepreneurship. He is a consultant chemist with varied experience. He worked as a factory hand with lever Brothers Ltd (i.e. Casual Worker). He was the Quality Control Analyst with Dubic Breweries Ltd Aba, Production and Quality Assurance assistant, Bendel Textile Mill Ltd, Asaba, Delta Steel Ltd, Aladja and Premier Chemical Ltd, Ibadan. He was also at different times Sales Promotion Coordinator, Chemech and Production Manager, Emily Millionaire Cosmetics Ltd.

Since January 8, 1992, Mr. Osogho – Ajala has painstakingly nurtured from scratch a company called soulmate industries ltd to a lofty height in Cosmetics industries. Soulmate industries ltd propelled by the visionary leadership of Ndukwe – Osogho Ajala has become reference point for quality Cosmetic Products. As a notable Chemist, Mr. Ndukwe Osogho – Ajala has equally acted as consultant to several companies and outstanding businessmen. He is also a majority shareholder in other viable companies such as McEndy INvestiment Ltd, Cikone Limited and Tekaj.

Nigerian Ltd. He is also the former Chairman Daily Capital (MFB) Ltd, former Director Goldlink Industries Co. Plc, former Director Alangrange Securities Ltd, Chairman Thomas Michael Ltd., and Former Chairman valueplus Software Limited.

He is an active member of The Manufacturers’ Association of Nigeria (MAN), Nigerian – German Business Association and the Cosmetics Manufacture and Ethics Association of Nigeria (COSMEAN). He is also a member of the Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria (IPAN), a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria (FICCON) and a fellow of Chemical Society of Nigeria. (FCSN). Formerly, a Council Member of 9th Governing Council FUTO, representing convocation. A fellow of Institute of Credit Administration (FICA).
